It is a Private Limited Company with CIN U74999TN2018PTC121077 and a Registered Chit Funds Company under the Chit Fund Act with Deputy Registrar of Chit Funds, Central Chennai. It proposes to expand all over and across Tamil Nadu in a short span of time.

There are as many as two dozen groups ranging from Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.1,00.00.000 under 20 to 50 months catering to all segments in the society – salaried, professionals, small traders, large scale businessmen and companies. We are completely flexible to the convenience of our customers, yet adhering to all the rules and regulations laid down in the Act.

The Promoters and the Management are fairly qualified, experienced and hold substantial exposure in this line of activity. The Promoters are present in multiple verticals including Financial Services, Finance, Education, Consulting, Trading, Manufacturing and so on since the last three decades. One of the Promoters own and manage Satheesh Balaji Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai Kolathur and the other holds banking background. They are ably supported by experienced staff.
